Group Lessons: Monday at 14:30 and from September Monday at 14:30 and 19:15.
Sessions can be booked from 8 in the morning until 7 in the evening, Monday to Friday. The usual opening hours are 9 to 6, so if you would like to make an appoinment those are the best hours to call, though we may be busy attending someone: please, leave your name and telephone number in the answering machine and we will call you as soon as we can.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you call later we will have to charge you for the session.
When you buy a Session Card you have -apart from the discount- the right to a fixed place in the schedule, same day and time reserved every week.
You only need some comfortable training clothes (not too baggy!) and socks. We provide you with the towels and toiletries. One towel for your workout and one for your shower if you want to take one.
